    The shrine complex is entered through a single-bay gateway with a scroll-backed, juanpeng 卷棚 style, overhanging-gable roof (xuanshan 懸山). Through this entry, one gains access to a small courtyard of approximately 466 square meters, which is separated from the rest of the complex by a low wall (Liu et al. 2015, vol. 7, 1).1
