Built by the KMT Brigade Commander Huang Guoliang 黄國梁 after a discussion about the site of Jinci with Liu Dapeng. It was named according to Huang Guoliang's thought that Jinci was genuinely wonderful(真趣)and that the most genuine and wonderful place in the complex was the stairway to the stone tank leading from the Nanlaoquan 難老泉(Eternal Youth Spring).
