Building Information
The Gongshuzi Shrine great hall is three x two bays and has an open front veranda and a flush gable roof (yingshan 硬山). Inside is a statue of Gongshu Ban 公輸班 (Lu Ban 魯班), and there are frescoes on the north and south walls. Under the eaves hangs an inscribed plaque stating "Ingenuity in Accord with the Divine" (qiaosi rushen 巧思入神), but its date is not known. According to the wooden plaque hanging in the temple, the shrine was added in 1730. The whole temple was rebuilt in 1760, and this plaque was added to the temple in that year (Liu 2015 vol. 5, 141). 1
