Building Information
The main hall of Fotousi was built during the Song-Jin period. Placed on a stone foundation platform 0.31 meters high, the hall is three bays wide, four rafters deep, with a single eaves hip-gable roof. In the hall, the transverse frame is four-rafters deep and is configured using a three rafter beam joined to a zhaqian tie beam supported by three pillars. There are panel doors in the central bays of the front and back facades and straight lattice windows in each of the side bays.1
